The August 1st outdoor rock climbing introduction event, hosted by Natural Freedom and Mountain Skill Academy, was so much fun! With a group of 10 women, participants delved into the fundamentals of rock climbing under the guidance of an ACMG certified female guides in the beautiful Squamish BC.
Throughout the event, attendees learned essential skills including equipment usage, climbing safety, knot tying, belaying techniques, and rock climbing movement. The hands-on experience allowed everyone to try their hand at climbing, belaying, and rope management.
As a token of appreciation, all guests were gifted a tote bag to commemorate their experience. Overall, it was a memorable day filled with learning, laughter and getting out of our comfort zones. We look forward to hosting more events like this in the future! 🌀
