We were lucky enough to go Fly Fishing 4 different times this year. We have amazing guides from Whistler Fishing Guides to lead us into the best spots along the rivers in beautiful Squamish BC. We are shown the fundamentals of Fly Fishing, go over the basics to the gear and get to spend hours in the river practicing our cast. If lucky enough we catch fish. We have targeted Rainbow Trout, Bull Trout, Coho and Pink Salmon. 𓆟 𓆟 𓆟
There is something so special about getting like minded folks out on water to try something new and connect with nature.
The beautiful thing about fishing is the connection with nature and it’s unpredictability. The groups continue to inspire us with so much determination and passion to catch a fish. At the end of each day we are just so grateful for the excitement we all gather from simply being outside together, learning.
We are so excited to continue this GO FISH series into 2024 but for now thank you to everyone who has gotten out of their comfort zone and joined us. 🐟🎣💙
